Our Story

Pop-up Flower Shop is owned and operated by sisters and best friends, Sarah Benchimol and Elissa Wolff.

Elissa was an elementary school teacher for 15 years and absolutely loved every minute of it.  Finding fulfillment in teaching students to see their talents and find beauty and wonder in nature, the transition to floristry and event design was natural.  While allowing her to stay connected to the school community she loves, she can now help them elevate their special occasions with her gorgeous creations.

 

Sarah has a background in the event industry where she has extensive experience with some of Toronto's top entertainers and planners.  Always the life of the party, Sarah always knows how to take all of our events to the next level with her out-of-the box ideas and passion for creativity and individuality.
